Voluntary Recall Consumer Letter
Consumers who provide a proof of purchase and return the Subject Products will have the option to receive a full refund via original payment method or PayPal. If a consumer returns the Subject Products in the original packaging or with the “DigitDots” carrying case, but does not have proof of purchase, HD Premier will conduct a diligent search of its sales records, using the information provided by the consumer, to obtain the purchase receipt. If a purchase receipt is found by HD Premier which matches the requesting consumer’s information, the consumer will be refunded that amount. If HD Premier is unable to locate a purchase receipt in its records, a consumer who returns the Subject Products in the original packaging or with the “DigitDots” carrying case, but does not have proof of purchase, will receive a $20 refund via original payment method or PayPal.

- Email used to purchase subject products
- Full Name
- Full Address
- Email Address
- Products Purchased and Being Returned
- Attach Photo of Product with “DigitDots” Carrying Case and/or Proof of Purchase
- Place of Purchase
- Date of Purchase
- Refund Method of Original Payment or PayPal
Subject Products must be returned and received in accordance with the above policy and terms, and then a refund will be issued.
